In other words they push the children further into the delusion.

That's not in any of the guidance policy documents I've read about it. My perception is that they're careful about isolating a case like this where the gender identity is not consistent.

Can you show me a policy document that clarifies that this is actually happening?

Kids rebel because they go through a lot of changes really fast and don't have a fully developed brain to deal with it. It is not a sign of abuse.

This particular kid is going through abuse recovery.

Affirmation isn't in any of the policy documents? I find that hard to believe. Perhaps you can post a link to those official policy documents and we can all have a look and not just take your word on it.
