EXACTLY. I get part of the reason why certain people, usually conservatives complain about homosexual relatioships in kids cartoons because they think it's "unnatural" based on what they read in a book but it's really stupid when anyone acts like a gay character existing in kids media is "pushing the gay agenda". Fuck off. First off, you can't be "turned" gay, you either are or you're not. And second, if we can have scenes like that or any other Disney animated classic that had intimate bonding between a man and woman without it being super skeevy and sexual, then the same can be done with gay & lesbian relationships as well. With gays & lesbians, you don't have to show their sex life, simply holding hands or kissing is enough just like the hetero relationships they show in these movies.

Honestly this little short is one of the best examples of kid-friendly gay representation in my opinion. Silly, innocent, and wholesome. And here's a more recent one. Again, totally safe and wholesome like any other kids-media. Nothing demonic about it lol.

Jesus christ. Was not expecting that to make me cry. That was amazing. Thanks for sharing!!! I'll definitely share that with other people.

The shot in the school was what got me, lol. The looks from other people and the two boys' reactions. Too real. It was very thoughtfully portrayed. (edited to clarify)

No problem! I felt the same way when I first watched it back what it released, it was so wholesome and totally relatable to us gays who actually did have crushes on other boys but were too nervous to express it for the obvious (the judgement from other kids like what was illustrated in the video). But yet people bitched and complained about that short (it has a pretty big dislike bar) because it was "pushing the gay agenda" onto kids...

Damn. Just watched it and this video is just wholesome. No gay agenda. It's just human experience - just less common, but make it straight and somehow it's not longer "agenda" XD

Exactly. It's fucking annoying and hypocritical lol That's pretty much how I gauge on whether people are truly accepting or not. If they look at media like that or the other one I linked and they say it's pushing an "agenda", that to me just shows that they never were accepting of homosexuality.
