They'll get others to do it(or get parents to do it to their kids) and imagine themselves in the castrated person's place(and age) as they get off on it.

Sorry, I was referring to this part. That is, making someone else perform the act of castration on the victim, as opposed to doing it themselves.

Oh, I didn't mean the actual act of castration. Those would be done through transition surgeries. I mean that they have motive to convince other parties(individuals, families) to opt for the surgeries by way of gender ideology. So a "Self" castration fetish isn't necessarily going to harm just themselves, as the word implies.
