Wassersug, Willette, and Johnson were again invited to speak at a 2011 WPATH conference in Atlanta, Georgia. It was during this conference that the decision was made to de-classify Gender Identity Disorder as a psychological condition. In its place, Gender Dysphoria would become the recommended terminology.

When the DSM-5 was released in 2013, a term for a pathological and sexualized fixation on genital mutilation was removed. Previously, Skoptic syndrome had been listed as a gender identity disorder in the DSM-4.

They were right about the corruption of academia. The paraphilics are gradually taking over and normalizing their paraphilias. Long march through the institutions.

It should be noted that those with a self-castration fetish will have practical motive to groom others to carry through with it(through transing). If they do it to themselves, they'll derive significantly diminished sexual gratification from it. They'll get others to do it(or get parents to do it to their kids) and imagine themselves in the castrated person's place(and age) as they get off on it.

If they do it to themselves, they'll derive significantly diminished sexual gratification from it. They'll get others to do it(or get parents to do it to their kids) and imagine themselves in the castrated person's place(and age) as they get off on it.

Is that a fundamental part of the fetish? That's a weird detail for them to be hung up on.

Self castration? Yes, I think so; As I'm sure there are people who mainly get off on other's castration. But these folks specifically need that "auto" part of the -philia.

Unless you're referring to:

To clarify, I mean to say that afterwards their libido will drop like a rock, as castration tends to accomplish. Which can make the procedure a lot less worth it. Kinda a Catch-22.

Sorry, I was referring to this part. That is, making someone else perform the act of castration on the victim, as opposed to doing it themselves.

Oh, I didn't mean the actual act of castration. Those would be done through transition surgeries. I mean that they have motive to convince other parties(individuals, families) to opt for the surgeries by way of gender ideology. So a "Self" castration fetish isn't necessarily going to harm just themselves, as the word implies.
