People who are lesbians: Female humans exclusively attracted to other female humans. Or people from the Island of Lesbos, but they don't actually call themselves lesbians since they speak Greek.

People who are not lesbians: Literally everyone else.

Simple, easy, doesn't require multiple paragraphs about lunarians or whatever the fuck that's supposed to mean.

I'm a lunarian lesbian, I'm only gay on the first blue moon of every lunar cycle, every other day I'm just a vagina fetishist.

But gay for women, correct? Or gay for men? Gay for pans?

Gay for the moon and moon-aligned people, if you're body influences the tides, I'm gay for ya! If you're body does not cause the tides, then it's a no for me 🙅🏾‍♀️🌝

Not gonna pretend to know what that means, but it sounds hot.

Well, since I am Greek : They do not call themselves lesbians, because lesbian has been hijacked to mean female homosexual and if they use the term to describe their origin ("I am a lesbian") or something originating from their island ("lesbian products") people burst in fits of laughter.

You know the the bs level got so high when people need a freaking wiki to explain it what's a lesbian.

That site makes me wanna throw up.

  • while lesbianism generally doesn't include attraction to men, some lesbians who feel more connected to older definitions of the term lesbian, and who use the Split Attraction Model, are attracted to men, and their spaces are just as real and important to the lesbian community

  • If one is to exclude non-binary men from lesbianism, they are endorsing in exorsexist behavior. Additionally, not all non-binary people feel comfortable being included under lesbian attraction, and that should be respected and validated.

  • The term specifically for non-men attracted to non-men is called faunic or daunic.

  • So, someone could be romantically a lesbian, but sexually pansexual, or any other combination. Many lesbians who use the split attraction model use this concept of lesbianism to define their orientation(s).

  • Many lesbians who are not into men face the same issue where men believe they can "force" lesbians to like men... However, while this idea has harmed and continues to harm a large part of the lesbian community, and it should never ever be encouraged to tell any lesbian that they "can like men" if they don't, that harmful idea does not stop the fact that some lesbians are attracted to men.

  • Bi-lesbians Pan-lesbians Omni-lesbians Straightbians

WTF is "exorsexist" behavior? I'm picturing something that involves brandishing a cross while yelling "the power of christ compels you!", rotating your head 360 degrees, and/or projectile-vomiting split pea soup.

Exorsexism sounds so badass.

Remember the comment of a man saying lesbian were the best at blowjob. That world just has lost meaning in USA.

I cannot understand a word.

Reads like some Judith Butler gobbledygook.

Purposely written to confuse the unwashed masses.

Also this nonsense:

Additionally, not all non-binary people feel comfortable being included under lesbian attraction, and that should be respected and validated.

No, no, get over it, this entitlement that your feelings should be respected or validated!

Fuck off, the world doesn't owe you a Atta Boy, and hand holding session.

"Boy who is gay for women" made me laugh. I can't be the only one who grew up somewhere where being "gay for something" meant having an intense, nerdy hobby that defined your personality. "Gay for trains" etc. This is also the origin of the -fag suffix being used to denote someone (on the internet) who is an expert on a technical subject.

Not endorsing that! Just saying, whoever wrote this is not aware of their audience.

That's the spirit! Lol.

It's actually a pejorative thing to say, just so you know. I wouldn't ever say it myself.
