That is such a cis-transphobic things to say, and quite frankly, its downright CTERFy. Lots of cis-trans women have to get facelifts which are pretty much the same thing. We also sometimes have to take cross-sex hormones when we want to be body-builders or increase our sex drive. It isn't our fault we were given a gender assignment at birth that conflicts with the trans identity we would adopt later in life. Cis-transwomen are trans women, you bigot. Check your trans privilege.
