not surprised tbh "transbians" are in love with anime. a lot of them "discovered" they were trans reading yuri (#ItsAFetish). There definitely is a need to create a space where people can post real lesbians without having to worry about males posting their own fetishes in our spaces. I've honestly been thinking of creating a website where lesbians and gay men can do just that. gatekeeping is a must at this point.

If you do, please link it to me. I’ve stumbled upon r/ClassicYuri, which has a no penises rule! It’s so wonderful, I don’t even care about all the straight men that are on that sub that probably made that happen.

It is hilarious to look into the comments on the new mod ruling, all the whiny “trans-women-are-women” men are being downvoted straight (no pun intended) to hell with their accusations of transphobia and whimpering about bigotry.

“Uuuh, why can’t I just have a safe space to pretend all lesbians want my shrivelled girl-cock????? I need to be protected from the fact that porn might not be real life!!”

good to know that there are pockets on Reddit like that. also sad that the only reason it's been kept penis-free is because straight men don't want to see it and not because real lesbians want a space of their own. :/

i'll for sure keep everyone posted about a LGB website once i get the logistics down and figure out how i want to architecture it.

Checked the sub. Love the description

A subreddit featuring girls without penises who love each other, in anime, manga, and related artforms.

Maybe it works because it only got 1 mod. I think a big problem in some gay subs is that they started putting random people as mods, and some of these new mods are pro TQ.

AGB sub only has one mod who is barely there, so is a self-regulating community. A lot of people there are worried that with enough TQ brigading causing problems it'll be labeled a problem sub by admins and so they will install mods to "fix" the problem. Hope it never comes to that, but that's what is being attempted day after day.

it's still something just in my head. with every major website catering to the genderists, there really is a need to make an alt space where none of that genderwoowoo shit is tolerated.
