What I don't really understand about some FtM is how they say the "front hole" shit is a way to avoid disphoria while at the same time having no problem with getting pregnant.

How is getting pregnant less disphoria-inducing then calling their vaginas for what they are?

Yeah. One time I wondered if I was being a jerk and unfairly judging the neovaginas. So, I went to a bunch of trans subs and looked at around 250 photos of results they were happy with. I could be surprised... Unfortunately, I'm not. Because majority of the things listed in that link, you can see in normal (actual women and men) porn/sexual areas.
