Good lord lol. that paragraph is so confusing. So I am to understand that the person who wrote it is mtf and attracted to dudes? if so, why are they on a site for gay men? can't speak for other guys here but if your trying to be a woman I don't really think you should be in gay male spaces. after all, they are for gay males Also why would a trans woman help with a "top drought"???

Also why would a trans woman help with a "top drought"???

One shudders to think.

What I get from it is that he/she demands to be recognized as a woman, but also wants to be treated as a man whenever convenient and/or the mood strikes.

Having your cake and eating it too is pretty typical of modern trans. Why settle for being a man or a woman when you can opt in or out of whichever parts of both sides appeal to you? Doesn't need to make any sense because it's the job of cis scum to make it happen.

If they can opt out of "being women", then why they are allowed in women's spaces? They can opt out in it and become dangerous even by their own logic.

This is very reasonable concern, but I don't think any gender ideology cultist will listen to it.

Having his cake and eating it too, I suppose. He wants to be seen as heterosexual, but still wants to have homosexual relationships with homosexual men. He doesn’t want to live with the negative consequences of his failed efforts to appease his internalised homophobia.

He wants to be seen as heterosexual,

I'm certain he wouldn't want to give up his "queer" status to be a boring old hetero.

He realises that in this day and age you don’t need to be gay or bisexual to be considered "queer".

And yet people think women are bigots for not wanting these men in our private spaces. And I never had any issue sharing private spaces with gay men/drag queens/old school transsexuals. Nowadays too many of these transwomen and non binaries and "queers" and gender fluids just seem to me like straight men with extra steps.

Strange days indeed

I mean, if they want us to treat gender identity as some profoundly experienced, immutable trait at the core of their being that deserves legal protection, shouldn't they at least act like it's more than whatever mood they happen to be in for the next fifteen minutes?

if they could "act" better, more of them would probably "pass".
