I didn't read it all because there's no mention of race/"ethnicity". Can't speak about "the truth" of something without racial acknowledgement, especially when it's related to sexual "identity". African, Asian, European, etc people live in such different environments. Straight black men aren't in thousands of cities claiming to be women. They're already marginalized for being black and don't need a "paraphilia" such as autogynephilia like straight white men need to feel marginalized and discriminated against. But a straight white man, such as Blanchard, likely never thought of that (I'm not sure since I rarely give a fuck about what white men think).

Autogynephilia is about straight white men being aroused by the marginalization of "transsexual/transgender women"... they get off on "transphobia" i.e. the hatred of the heterosexual white male pretending to be a woman. They're not going to tell doctors that though.
