I suspect 'dysphoria' is now a catch-all for any negative feeling that someone who identifies as trans experiences. I've had body image issues my whole life and the struggle of finding clothes that made me look decent was real. That has nothing to do with 'gender identity', though I suppose if I were growing up in this messed up era I might have framed it as such.

It's concerning to me that trans people are being conditioned to feel entitled to handouts. Life will not go well for them.

I'm on a handout. I seriously don't expect people to give me handouts so when I hear about some deluded person killing themselves over not having something to validate their perception of reality, I seriously wonder what kind of enviously decent life they had.
