Unfortunately though I forgot to mention that the artist I gave an exception to does occasionally shove in some vapid "I feel so oppressed as a transman" crap every now and then. Recently she vented how she feels like some gay men don't take her seriously as a "transman"

Oh my god. Sometimes I have to convince myself some of these people are just straight up stupid. Because the idea of being such a narcissist that you go into willful denial like this makes my head hurt.

And yep. That Gerard Way. When I first learned that I was like oh that's pretty cool. I like when celebrities venture into other avenues and are good at it. Because it helps to normalize not just picking one thing you 'do' for the rest of your life. You can do multiple things.
