There are a few infertility troll groups on reddit that will complain about being invited to baby showers and wallow in the shittiness of the situation - and some will mention unfollowing their pregnant friends if it's too painful -- but as far as I know, none have ever demanded a change in language from pregnant friends or made people bend over backwards to pretend they're not infertile. Nor do they wear fake bellies or take care of realistic dolls to simulate the fantasy of it and make everyone call them "mom" (or change the definition of mom/mother to all people who desire to be moms). And they definitely don't make their pregnant friends censor themselves.

*And there are also post-infertility groups where women accept that they're infertile and learn how to move forward without making it a significant part of their identity.

A friend of mine was like this when she was getting her fertility treatments. She complained about having to wait in the waiting room with pregnant women and seeing pregnant women at the grocery store etc. I'm glad her fertility treatments eventually worked because seeing her posts on facebook were super annoying.
