Yeah when I was trans my dysphoria went from manageable to something I thought about way too much. Like it went from, "Oh, I don't really like my boobs so I'll wear a baggy sweatshirt" to "NOBODY MUST KNOW I HAVE BOOBS AND I MUST MAKE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN THEY ARE NEVER VISIBLE." It's exhausting.

After therapy for other things, including some OCD behaviors, it seems to me that the best course of action is CBT/mindfulness. Just acknowledging that the dysphoria exists, maybe dealing with it in a slight way, but just letting it go and not having the power. Unfortunately that's transphobic nowadays.

As far as I know,

Majority of feminine gay men have sex dysphoria in childhood for a year or two.

While majority of girls in general have different grades body dysmorphia during puberty. Both are mostly induced by society and how people recting to kids/teens.
