This would have been a Monty Python, Little Britain or MAD TV sketch just a few years ago, but now it's an award-nominated serious short.

It also explains why SPOTIFY employees want Joe Rogan's Abigail Shrier inverview off the platform - imagine if these lovely lay-dees had had access to puberty blockers when they were adolescents, they'd all look like Selena Gomez instead of ... (trying to think of something kind to say here, really I am...)

Like the other commenter said on the thread, I, too, couldn't figure out if this was a parody at first. I wonder if Spotify employees who identify as supermodels also get their plastic surgeries paid for in order to become who they really are?

There is a part of me that thinks if they want to identify as women that means that to get the full experience they really need to go through the early teens of insecurity and appearance dragging levels of scrutiny. Once they've read every back issue of Cosmopolitan they might start understanding that when the libfems tell them they look fab they're lying.

This is the third time today that I've clicked through to a Twitter post linked from this sub and I have to say, I'm so pleased to see so many common-sense comments on there.

Also, what does blue-hair guy identify as? He just looks like a dude in blue hair.

Does spotify really make that much money from only streaming audio???
