There used to be a British GC feminist who would attend meetings like this and post recaps on Twitter. They were hilarious - like that Monty Python skit about the man who wants to be a woman, but IRL.

I will, though there probably won't be, since Lavery especially does a lot of performative couch fainting about TERF violence. Plus it is sponsored by a university and being recorded. It will probably be riddled with pretention, run-on sentences, and poor syntax if Lavery's bio on the page is anything to go by.

I think a lot of people would grow a spine about this issue if they knew someone else had. For instance, look at how many people JK Rowling peaked. I'll bet a considerable amount of academia are secretly GC, they're just waiting for others to speak out.

That's the rub. I'm all for this presentation because people do need to hear all the ideas. But it goes both ways.
