Speak out to the facility and, if you're in the US, to your mayor and city council.

Use these facts if you wish - they do help the argument:

According to the US Center for Disease Control (the CDC) almost 20% of American women have been raped and almost 44% have been sexually assaulted.

According to the National Center for Transgender Equality, a trans advocacy organization, 89% of TIMs keep their male genitalia, and 63%, almost 2/3rds, are attracted to women.

So please tell them that if self-ID goes forward, women in vulnerable spaces, many of whom have been victimized by male sexual violence already, could well be subjected to naked men with erections.

Let the lawsuits begin.

Thanks for the advice. I'm not actually sure what the current policy is and searching the city's parks websites doesn't really clarify. They do mention that there is a guideline that requires they have an "all gender/gender neutral" single occupant bathroom(/shower room in the case of pools) in every public building. Which I think is fantastic, I'm all for more single occupant changing spaces. But I'm honestly not sure what would happen if a Yaniv type waltzed into the women's changing room.
