I know two trans people and I think they both experienced that honeymoon effect. They genuinely seemed a lot happier during the first year of their transition. I haven't seen them in a while, but apparently one of them is basically on suicide watch and the other is addicted to plastic surgery (went to Turkey during a pandemic to get a BBL and a third nose job). It's really sad actually..

Brazilian butt lift. Basically what Kim Kardashian did to her butt numerous times. Its lipo (usually from around the waist) and fat transfer to the butt. Fat transfers are more dangerous than most other types of plastic surgery because of the danger of infection. I follow the plastic surgery subreddit because I want to get some cosmetic surgery when I can afford it.

I'm not going to tell you what to do, but do keep in mind that plastic surgery addiction is not unique to trans people. I had an older relative with it, and the whole story was a tragedy. Just... Be careful.
