I lurk in trans groups on Facebook and every now and then somebody will actually confess that that is their entire logic -- "anybody can be a woman and a woman can be anything". But 9 times out of 10 you get responses like "You are not worth the emotional labor of educating" which really means "I can't think of a way to justify my own arguments so I'm not going to try".

I've seen some try and pull out the male/female brain studies, although I believe they have never accounted for socialisation and neuroplasticity causing the changes. If you get rid of dysphoria, the absolute disgust at seeing a sexed body, then there is nothing left but borderline misogynistic social norms.

I have never heard a good answer as to why a penis can be female, but a "feminine brain" can't be male.

I can do this. I can do this...

If it's attached to a brain that IDENTIFIES as female, it's a female brain in a (male) body, with a female penis.

If the male/female brain thing is true, do they support diagnosing trans people using brain scans? I'm sure they don't.

Around the same time TERF became a thing, wasn't there also something like "truscum" for people follow that line. Or even wanting something as basic as psychiatry involvement.
