We are here on saidit now. I have to admit that seeing my favourite subreddit taken down was a hard hit for me, but they can't silence us. Thank you for being an ally, and please feel free to join our new community here.

The only people I know irl who wouldn’t agree with GC or LGB drop the T are a few 20 something kids all from dysfunctional families and all very obviously seeking attention and an outlet for anger that should be addressed in therapy and not by hormonal injections or endless lectures on ones personal pronouns. The fanatics on Twitter, Reddit, etc. are few and far between irl.

It's funny, on my side many are, in fact, from rather normal family backgrounds, but they're usually well-doing students who study in such fields as philosophy or literature. Most are white and heterosexual from an upper middle class background. It's so weird.
