I was also a Bernie supporter.

If the fundamental inequalities inherent in capitalism were addressed, many issues would drastically improve. That said, I do see the hazard in complacency around race, sex and able-ism. I can't align myself with the woketivist, cancel-culture left.

Agree with this so much. So many people on the left would would rather “cancel” someone than do actual work towards dismantling oppressive social structures.

i supported bernie and felt so betrayed by the dnc ESPECIALLY when bernie backed clinton. i wanted to shrivel up and die.

if we could just stop outsourcing everything and find a way to make living here affordable so many other issues could be solved. if we werent scared of one another and fighting to barely make ends meet we wouldnt have so much violence and infighting. though more and more now i think this is by design by some high level people who thrive off the common mans suffering.

Me too, though I'm more of a libertarian or centrist. Either him or Yang. That list included Warren until she started not just saying that TWAW (her opinion, but okay) but also that a trans person would have final say over her choice of VP. That along with her Native American claim which was not good but not run ending if it was the only issue. No thanks. I wanted someone who would address the way our country's politicians have bowed down to corporations and special interests and who wanted to rebuild our middle class, but the status quo has won again. I feel like the only two loudest voices are the loony (far) left and the loony (far) right.
