You won’t answer questions with anything but ‘they don’t’ ‘I don’t think they do’ but expect me to browse through 800 pages of bullshit to prove to you that a sexist ideology says sexist things?

Transgenderism is not a sexist ideology. When I made my claims, I provided examples of word-for-word comments you can Google in quotes to find. Why can't you do the same?

Because you ignored how the equivalence doesn’t work when comparing someone assuming a known side effect of testosterone is occurring and a person saying that taking estrogen made them silly. You just asked me to answer for something someone said on ovarit as per usual.

It’s absolutely a sexist ideology. Believing in some gendered essence that makes biology and sex based oppression irrelevant is sexist. The denial of sex based oppression is sexist.

But here,

You claimed men were making these statements but all the examples you provided were of women. Only one example was from Reddit. Most are from Twitter and I think you wanted to say trans people frequently say these things so that proves your point. But I don't read Twitter and Tumblr much.

Are you saying you didn’t understand that she was talking about transwomen?

[–]GenderbenderShe/her/hers 1 insightful - 2 fun1 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 2 fun -  (28 children)

She said men are saying estrogen makes them bad at math, not trans women. Trans women aren't men.

You've been here long enough to notice our definitions are based on biological sex, not "gender identity". The fact that you disagree with this is not excuse to pretend not to understand who we are talking about.

[–]GenderbenderShe/her/hers 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

I guess you have a point.

[–]HouseplantWomen who disagree with QT are a different sex 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

So now will you explain why it’s totally not sexism for these transwomen to call their hormone meddling bimbo pills? We can finish with the word policing you use to avoid questions that show the huge holes in tra thinking?

[–]GenderbenderShe/her/hers 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

It is sexism, and sexism is wrong whether it comes from a man, woman or enby.

[–][deleted] 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

You didn't answer my question. Did you not understand that she was talking about transwomen?

[–]HouseplantWomen who disagree with QT are a different sex 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Lol she can’t admit that without also admitting she’s never done anything in this sub but dodge questions that show her how the ideology she subscribed to is nonsensical.

[–]HouseplantWomen who disagree with QT are a different sex 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (20 children)

Then why do they take estrogen?

[–]GenderbenderShe/her/hers 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (19 children)

So they can appear like women. Same reason trans men take testosterone.

[–]HouseplantWomen who disagree with QT are a different sex 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (18 children)

Women don’t need to take estrogen to appear as women. Clearly if they have to take something to attempt to alter themselves into looking like women, they were not women who got the prescriptions for estrogen.

Some women do need to take estrogen to appear as women. Some men need to take testosterone to appear as men.

[–]HouseplantWomen who disagree with QT are a different sex 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

Which of them are women? Considering you call a large group of men women, I’m not sure what you’re even claiming.

Are you saying those are all women observed to be female at birth?

You not reading the things transwomen say does not stop them from saying it. The obvious sexism in their ideology is staring you in the face.

[–]GenderbenderShe/her/hers 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Your sex assigned at birth doesn't necessarily indicate if you're a man or a woman.

[–]HouseplantWomen who disagree with QT are a different sex 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I didn’t say assigned, because I’m not talking about people with DSDs. Sex is observed in everyone else, typically before birth.

I do not and never will use the term woman to refer to someone male. All the people you called women in the links I gave you are transwomen, meaning they are male.

Even if they were women, how would their attitude regarding estrogen making them dumb be okay? Misogyny isn’t acceptable if a woman is misogynistic. What do you feel is justifiable and defensible about calling estrogen bimbo pills?
