Before we answer, can you give us some information that will provide useful context to help us understand where you are coming from? First, do you mind giving some high level demographic information so we can better understand your perspective? What is your approximate age? Teenager, early 20s, late 20s, etc.? Were you born and raised in a Western/first world country? AFAB or AMAB? Do you have gender identity that is different from your sex? If so, what is it? And how did you determine what it is? When did you determine that? What is your sexual orientation? Were you raised middle class or above? Did you go to college or do you plan to? Were you raised in a particular religion and do you have one now?

I’ll give you mine: I’m an early 30s lesbian woman and college graduate. I am unambiguously female. I was born and raised in a western/first world country to an (at best) lower middle class Catholic family that had recently immigrated from a non-western politically unstable country. I have no religion now.

Second, where did this concept of “gender identity” that you have come from? And same with “genderfluid?” These are very recent and new concepts and they are generally not recognized by transsexual people who transitioned a decade ago. When I was in college, there weren’t “Gender Studies” departments. They replaced “Women’s Studies” departments and classes.

Third, can you provide a source showing the scientific basis for everyone including trans-identifying people having a gender identity and an explanation of what that means and how we determine what ours is?

Trans people can claim to have the brain of the opposite sex all they want- this has been debunked. A while ago. The fact that they cling to a debunked theory so hard should be a huge red flag and should invalidate (lol) this particular argument. They say this to try to make us forget that trans people have a mental condition, because if it’s a mental condition, rather than some weird biological anomaly, they can’t claim to actually be women/men. As I said before, what would it even matter if they had the brain of the opposite sex? Sex isn’t mental. Women don’t get treated the way we do because of our brains. And men certainly don’t either.
People who aren’t trans don’t identify as their sex or gender, we understand that we are our sex/gender. I don’t know I’m a woman because of my feelings and inclinations, I know I’m a woman because I’m female, human, and have reached sexual maturity. Feelings and identity were never factors in me understanding my sex.
Saying that TW aren’t women or TM aren’t men doesn’t invalidate their existence- we aren’t saying trans people don’t exist, we aren’t saying that being trans isn’t a real thing- we are saying it doesn’t change their sex or gender because it’s impossible to change those things. We know they exist, we don’t agree with what they are saying about sex and gender.
Although trans people have a sexuality like anyone else does, being trans is not the same as being homo/bisexual. One is identity mixed with mental illness, the other is sexuality that doesn’t demand that people adjust their language or understanding of biology. One seeks to undermine other people’s rights and police speech, the other just wants equal rights. Lesbians get offended (rightfully so) when told they “haven’t had the right dick”- they don’t feel invalidated as lesbians. There’s a clear difference. You can’t invalidate fact, the reason trans people are so triggered and complain so much about being invalidated is because their claims are so easily seen through and torn apart. You can’t say the same for LGB. The T was smart enough to cling to LGB, that doesn’t mean they are the same. Although from what I’ve been told by older TW, in the past they were able to acknowledge that they weren’t women, and belonged to the LGB because most of them were gay men with dysphoria.
