How do you imagine that works? Jerk off to classical music?
As I said, with my Arkian project. http://www.arkian.net/
In the same fashion anyone trying to set up a eugenics program would be quickly and quietly shut down.
No, there is nothing that anyone can do to stop something like my Arkian project. The problem isn't opposition. The problem is that humanity has degenerated into pure unadulterated shit. For example not one person on SaidIt besides me does anything of value. I have the Arkian project. I also write reactionary programming tools. No one else does anything of value. That is the real problem.

Your arkian project is a honeypot at best. Religion has no merit in a community based on genetics and evolution.

If that's a satire of a high-intelligence, low-wisdom person who actually knows nothing about genetics, society, or human relationships, but thinks he's very smart, it's very good. Well done.
I like the internal contradictions. I like the part where you praise the game of Go then say that adults shouldn't play Go, except they need to learn it to join your club, and you can become an expert in "a few weeks of serious study" -- after which they can stop playing it again, and do more serious things like invent eugenics systems.
But my favourite part is where you use cultural/social changes which have occurred in less than a single generation as evidence of bad breeding.
