Well, for three reasons, basically.

  1. Enduring guilt over the Holocaust, and the belief that the Jewish people need a ethnostate in order to assure their own continued existence; and
  2. The U.S. uses the country as a forward base to assert control over our petroleum supply, so politicians of both parties have been telling us they're the "good guys" for many years to assure their cooperation, and we tend to believe politicians of our own party; and
  3. Fundamentalist Evangelicals read the Bible literally and see that these are "God's chosen people," and, well, that's that. They're the good guys because the Bible says so.

I honestly don't follow any of the "(((goblins.)))" 4chan stuff about Israel and Palestine and I otherwise couldn't care less about it. However, typically, when shitty people support something or oppose it, I have to believe in the opposite, as being the true "opinion" to have. And well, most super-leftists support Israel and call anyone against giving them billions of dollars "anti-Semitic." Yeah, that makes me almost instantly oppose Israel, simply by proxy. I can't support something the Biden administration and all of Hollywood support. That pretty much guarantees it's bad.

Also, the idea of four to five dancing Isrealis celebrating at riverside from Jersey City on the morning of 9/11 is just too funny, regardless if it actually happened or not. It's fucking equally hilarious, either way.
