Got it.

I’m actually going to take it like a vitamin. Supposedly it helps with being plaque. So heart health. And vitamin K.

I’m going to do omad, but I never really had an issues with dieting. That just because they say fasting is healthy?

Supposedly it helps with [removing] plaque.

Correct!

Just be careful with taking large amounts away from meals. Might make you feel a bit queasy as it drops your insulin. Shouldn't be a problem is you are already into fasting and ketosis strategies.

And vitamin K.

Vitamin K is also cool. It helps with uptake of vitamin D. I don't do the D supplement though. I just try to full body sun tan 3 times a week. (you want UV rays in the 3-5 range 20-40 minutes)

I’m going to do omad,

Awesome. Just ease into it slowly. Maybe try two meals a day, i.e. intermittent fasting.

That just because they say fasting is healthy?

Fasting is amazing but it's a learning process. Here's a GREAT video. I like to put salt and potassium into my water, sometimes a hint of lemon so that my electrolytes are stable as I fast through the day. I also do black coffee for breakfast. When you get good at OMAD it makes the occasional 48 or even 72 hour fast more attainable. I only do those like once every few months. (I'd like to start doing them more though).

I use a simple version of this through the day:

You also want to be careful and eat a quality meal on your one meal because you can real quickly become deficient in something if you're lazy on that meal.

If you're getting into the dissident/alt health scene here are two posts I wrote:

I can also share out my current 'stack' and new things I'm experimenting with if you're interested!

Good health, happy Easter and keep me up-to-date on your progress!

I really feel like we’re in the verge of what it means to eat healthy. Like now, finally, we know what is good, and not good.

Saved to my watch later list:

  1. I all ready watched that High Intensity Health video. He’s why I became interested in Berberine.

  2. Fasting For Survival Lecture by Dr Pradip Jamnadas - excited for this one. I’ll watch it while driving.

As far as snake juice goes, I use this: https://www.amazon.com/s?k=10000+volts&crid=1TAA9TQUCXX42&sprefix=10000+volts%2Caps%2C95&ref=nb_sb_ss_ts-doa-p_2_11

Man your post is great: https://www.ajconsultingcompany.com/whatiuse.html

That’s great information. I use Castile soap all ready. And ginger shampoo. I was looking for a conditioner and moisturizer.

This is exactly up my alley. Thanks for sharing.

That seed oil, grains, starches. Etc. that’s exactly what I’m telling people to stay away from. If it’s processed, it’s no good. Olive oil for me. Means and fish. The hood veggies.

I’m actually starting a real serious strict diet within the next month. Just healthy.

Like keto, not not Leto. I can eat sweet potatos or fruits if I want to. I just don’t usually, so I avoid it.
