Caveman? They're pretty conservative imo.

Or do they mean any man that wants to be a leader of his fam, so when times are shit, you can be relied on?

Men and woman are different, couples only work if one of you is masculine and one of you is feminine. It works even better if the man is masculine lol.

So, of course we have different political points. If you're lucky you can bond as you build a life together, but you will never be 100% not dealing with shit so just find someone nice who isnt a fucking tramp and build it.
