It could be your "troll warning" so you don't take the post or comment too seriously.

Or you could just not take trolls seriously? Take it from a troll that a "troll warning" is an invitation.

Other people don't see your tags. It's like a private notepad big enough for 10K characters.

RES also adds your voting score on the account to the header after the name too.

Looks like that, with the tag being everything between the name and voting score. Yours is in cornflowerblue. There's an option to truncate it to one line, or to show the entire tag.

Completely remove links and comments posted by ignored users. If an ignored comment has replies, collapse it and hide its contents instead of removing it.

There's a Hard Ignore option with RES too.

The vote score is pretty great too. If you forget usernames, a positive score will show you've interacted before, and that you liked or agreed with their comments. RES has a bunch of useful features.
