Well I tried. I know everyone mocks the "I know it when I see it" line of reasoning, but I was trying to be 1) open-minded and 2) useful in providing a litmus test. There are advantages in being vague (as well as obvious potential for abuse). Maybe someone with more interest in the topic will perform the test and get back to us.

Yes, there are pros and cons to openness, bureaucracy, and vagueness. There's no excuse for abuses. For example, if you're curious and missed it, M7 censored my Monday post as was covered in this discussion.
