...well, Ukraine did cruelly cut off the water supply to the public in the Crimea desert peninsula (with the public support and endorsement of the US).

I remember that being reported as a good thing by US media and thinking...."isn't that war crime, wtf!"

(this was somewhere around 2017-ish)
