Realistically though what will the internet do in 10-20 years from now? The internet will just be an informational wasteland with a few gems hidden in the mountains of trash. This is especially true for anything technology related as software/hardware is often updated multiple times every year and a well documented workflow becomes irrelevant in short time.

That is a very interesting question! How does one brush teeth with water? I always use a toothbrush. Perhaps you mean a waterpik of some type. I generally do warm water so that it feels more natural.
