Right now it's very clear that if youth learn one single negative thing about someone, they can never accept it. That someone becomes a "horrible person" in their minds, and nothing anyone can say or do will ever redeem them from it.

I'm of two minds about whether this is a facet of "woke culture" or if it's simply the way people in their teens and twenties act.

I think there are a lot of youth who think they're perfectly virtuous because they've never had the opportunity to make a mistake. They're like "All I do is sit around in my room looking at my phone. Therefore, I've never hurt anyone. Therefore, I'm a good person."

Lot of rock stars are secretly based, but they know they'll be cancelled, so they put conservative symbolism in their lyrics that will be studied and u understood years from now.

Nick Cave had a band named Grindermannand every song is about wanting to get laid.

Was hoping for something a little less milquetoast. This is the kind of thing my semi-woke friends say, then go and vote for and continue carrying water for the same old socialst-infected neolib parties and policies.
