You're wrong.

Some fascist governments were the result of other means of political manipulation, other than a violent overthrow, but where violence has been used to topple a government, the result has often been for an authoritarian government that has had fascist-style oppression: events leading to the founding of ancient governments, dynastic Egypt, imperial Rome, imperial China, Byzantium, Mansa Musa's Mali regime, Timur's regime, Mughal India, Napoleon's regime, Mussolini regime, Stalin's regime, Hitler's 3rd Reich, and these governments.
