Social media and hosting services are corporate entities with the constitutional right to harass and censor speech according to their beliefs. It's entirely possible that the extra annoyance fits that.

However, 14th amendment citizens have civil rights, but not constitutional protections of God-given Rights.

Most Americans are 14th amendment citizens. This status was created for the former slaves after the civil war, and it applies to almost everyone. Almost.
