That may be the excuse but that is not reality. Integration is not possible with black migrants. It is like trying to mix oil and water. Denial of this fact will lead to more pain.

The top 5% would never leave because they built a great life there. None of the migrants are compatible.

Not only that but because they are a different race they and their progeny will always blame racism for their poor outcomes in white countries. This is the driving factor for jewish forced multiculturalism. It is an intentional attack against white countries.
