Blatantly wrong. That's the definition for transgender. A transsexual goes through a very difficult process to change their sex characteristics as much as possible. Which should only be done in the case that something is wrong with their brain to make that necessary.

wrong with their brain

A neurological difference is not a moral difference

The definition I gave is not my own. It's from a dictionary, and it's commonly the definition in other dictionaries.

You note that: "A transsexual goes through a very difficult process to change their sex characteristics as much as possible. Which should only be done in the case that something is wrong with their brain to make that necessary."

Whereas someone who changes their sexual characteristics would likely have unusual neurological condition, the description of this condition is scientific, not moral. In other words, you cannot assume that different neurological conditions are related to "right" or "wrong" circumstances. They exist or they don't exist. You could argue that certain neurological conditions are "good" or "bad", in your opinion, but that too is not necessarily a moral judgement. "Right or wrong" is a moral judgement.
