No, because I've had that diagnosis for most of my life. Apparently it's hard to pick up on, but luckily one of my doctors has it himself and was able to catch it.

How could it help with this?

I hide it very well. Part of the reason is too many people care about me way too much, and they can't handle even the thought that I might be like this. If I try to open up about it, there's hell to pay. They desperately compel me to shut up and "be positive".
