You don't need it. You may want it, but your health would suffer for doing things to your body that are not needed. As far as blaming goes, everyone is free to choose for themselves, but I am sorry to see people destroying their bodies.

I'm sick of everyone, especially Christians who are supposed to be the compassionate ones, assuming others' mental struggles aren't "real" just because they can't see them. If someone is literally going to fucking kill themselves because of something, it's serious. I know it's not exactly comforting to acknowledge such suffering, but denying its existence will not make it go away.

Of course your spiritual health is most important.

The alteration of a man's physical appearance to be more feminine or animalistic will not make him happy in eternity, when he no longer has the physical human body. Focusing on the mortal flesh is not the way to achieve beatitude.
