I'm not related to transgenderism in any way. Transsexual disorder has been recognized for a long time, well before the transgender movement came along and lumped it in with transvestites and special snowflakes.

Where is your evidence that old-school transsexuals are unhinged? Most of them are "transphobic" and despise the modern transgender movement.

A tiny minority of unfortunate people need to alter their bodies for quality of life. It may be a terrible solution, but what other choices do you think they have? For too many it's better than nothing at all.

The idea that social acceptance has made the incidence skyrocket from less than 1% of the population to having 20% of the kids identity as gender special is ridiculous -- especially if you were right that nobody talked about them before.
