This is a video about the phone call that Trump made talking about the election etc and apparently this other guy recorded the phone call which if either Trump or he was in a two-party state then recording it is a wiretapping charge unless all parties are aware of it when it's recorded.
The guy in the video says that Trump broke privacy by making a tweet about the phone call but I think that's an incorrect interpretation. That man only had the right to record the phone call if all parties involved were aware that it was being recorded assuming that one of them was in a two-party State when the phone call was made.. just because Trump spoke or wrote a tweet about the phone call doesn't mean that the other guy had the right to record it and then to release the recording.
