      It's just development.

      Saudi Arabia sits amongst Europe.

(I wonder if they didn't poll women there)

Remember that countries like Spain and France have very high unemployment rates. That makes people unhappy, especially men.

So, no, it's not just development. Saudi isn't developed, they might have shopping malls but they are next to mud shacks.

Become a national and not a citizen, and they can't legally touch you.

They may still do illegal things, but they can't bring you in on federal charges, etc.

They focus on Fed banking resistance and tax movements. Being a national eliminates the income tax obligation.

These pseudolaw theories are so stupid.

      You're stupid.

The US State Dept isn't stupid.

And I'm a national, and the US state dept recognized my status change, and issued me a new passport with my upgraded status.

      [–]ActuallyNot 5 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 0 fun6 insightful - 1 fun -  (19 children)

      No it didn't.

If you relinquish your US citizenship, you become an alien, not a national. To be a national you have to be a native of an American territorial possession: Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Swains Island

There might be a few people who can renounce citizenship, and become a national if you were born in one of those territories, but federal law still applies to you. It does change who taxes you. You pay to your territory instead of US federal coffers. Normally the amount is the same.

You have no idea what you're talking about.

All US citizens are also nationals. Both. Dual status that's never disclosed, because it's fraud.

      I was a citizen, and a national.

Now I'm just a national and not a citizen (and not a resident).

Expatriation is giving up your nationality. I didn't expatriate. Eat shit. ;-)

All US citizens are also nationals. Both.

Yes. All citizens are nationals. Nationals can be non-citizen nationals.

Dual status that's never disclosed, because it's fraud.

It's not that hard to find.

      I was a citizen, and a national.

Now I'm just a national and not a citizen (and not a resident).

On what basis did you claim to be a US national?

Expatriation is giving up your nationality. I didn't expatriate. Eat shit. ;-)

Federal laws apply to you. If you commit treason you can be charged.

Non-citizen nationals are an entirely separate political group.

They are persons from Swains Island or American Samoa. Their passports say explicitly that they are "non-citizens".

Persons with this status were not born or naturalized in the United States. They were never citizens.

      I was a citizen. I'm in a fundamentally separate political/legal class.

      [–]ActuallyNot 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (6 children)

      So when you said

Become a national and not a citizen, and they can't legally touch you.

You didn't mean a non-citizen national. You meant some other national that's not a citizen?

And you think that the state department gave you a passport that reflects that, but doesn't say that you are a "non-citizen"?

      Then you're a citizen.

      I was a citizen. I'm in a fundamentally separate political/legal class.

These pseudolaw theories are so stupid.

      No. I didn't know that.

And neither did you. Because knowledge is justified true belief.

See the trading with the enemies act.

      Here it is

Which section do you think makes US citizens literally enemies of the State?

I'm pretty sure that democrats don't despise the constitution.

The problem at the moment is the blatantly unconstitutional rulings coming out if this supreme court.

Which in turn has been appointed by stealing democratic appointments, and by appointments made by presidents who won fewer votes than the democrat who lost the election.

Their plan to oppress the majority by further limiting democratic rights despite all the constitutional amendments guaranteeing them is a retreat from the very democracy that empowers we the people.

Good on you. A lot of US conservatives like to pretend that they're in the right. It's refreshing to have one admit that they're pursuing control of the people by the establishment.

Yes, Justice Thomas. Smarter than you and me combined and multiplied by 10.

Despite what Trump would have you believe, taking bribes doesn't make you smart. It makes you corrupt.

Well, then we should ask Joe and Hunter. Turns out they are the experts in bribes and corruption, as we're finding out.

I see you go in for unproven speculation.

Do you know who doesn't wait for proof? People who suspect that there is no proof.

Now we know what the Trump impeachment was all about.

Which one? It's it the fourth one that's pending. The a fifth probably in the post in New York?

It wasn't at all about what Trump did. It was about preventing him from finding out what Joe Biden was doing.

I wonder if you believe that.

Yeah they do. He's one of the prophets in the Koran.

They just don't believe he's the messiah.

"They just don't believe he's the messiah"

Muhammedans seem oddly confused about this but the Quran does mention Jesus as being the Messiah/Christ.

"Behold! the angels said: "O Mary! Allah giveth thee glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be Christ Jesus, the son of Mary, held in honour in this world and the Hereafter and of (the company of) those nearest to Allah;" -Quran, 3:45

                Huh. TIL.

I'm sure muslims are aware of that. Reading the Koran is kind of their thing. I must be mis-remembering. It must be his divinity that they refute. (Edit: I see that they don't buy into the resurrection. Fair call: Neither do I).

Which, to be fair, is an acceptable reading of the New Testament. Jesus often says that he's not god.
