Only the theatre, philosophy, literature, the Olympics, and the rule of law. Indirectly they gave us our judicial system altogether (via the Romans) and Christianity (which is rooted in Platonism).

All of which developed separately in north west Europe and the greek influence only came in later at the end of the middle ages with much misinterpretation.
And English common law is not influenced by Roman law.
