Okay. Let's revisit this question when you can show me the source of any of those photos.

There's some photos of RFF donor sites for phalloplasty in this paper.

You can see the scars, but it's nowhere near as serious as those photos. And you don't take from the back of the forearm. Just the inside where there's no hair, and it's more sensitive.
