It's all of them. It's a cult. Just like how you can easily distinguish furries from cartoonists or weebs from anime fans, because those are cults, and you can easily spot a cult member because they're all the same. Most of the "LGBTQ+" people are literally cishet in reality, the only thing that matters to them is the cult.
