Thats an odd conclusion. The vast majority of these church sexual abuse cases have always happened in southern states. California is full of liberal child molesters that like to become teachers, and these churches are usually extremely conservative. I very much doubt there is a relation here. Pedo's are attracted to positions of authority with access to children in general, and churches, schools, etc are where we find them

Texas hasn't been very conservative for quite a long time. People still kind of assume it is, like it used to be.
