Demonic Portal Over the Whitehouse?

I thought this must be bullshit but I took the time to check out a live stream of the whitehouse https://www.earthtv.com/en/webcam/washington-white-house and there does seem to be some weird red circle over the whitehouse. WTF am I seeing here?

All my posted links to the Whitehouse webcam and a screenshot showing this red circle above the Whitehouse have been deleted from reddit. 14 comments, replying to skeptics, all silently deleted. I find this strangely suspicious.

You can see the thing in the sky from outside the Whitehouse. If he posts photos would that satisfy you or would you just say photoshop?

I would judge by the photos.

If an internet stranger takes your money and says he totally went there and saw nothing would you believe it without question?

If he posts a photoshoped picture would you be fooled?

Awesome. I've been watching the webcam now and I don't see it during the day but I'll check again tonight. I'm guessing if it is there, it will be more visible at night. I'm super excited to hear what you see, if anything. :)

Is there anything in particular you want me to get? Like location, or things you want me to check out in DC?

Like is there a proper angle to see the portal? Or a place you want me to get it from? I usually approach the White House from Connecticut’s avenue. But okay can walk around it if you want.

I don’t want to get down there, and take pics and videos, and then be accused of being fake.

You want me to stop by any other places in DC? I don’t go to ghetto areas.

I don't know the area, I guess I'm just curious about what you see, if anything. I took another screenshot of the webcam and the red thing was there and there was some white lens flare also. I'm not sure wtf im seeing anymore.

I can see above, and I don’t know what is around the White House right now. I live next to it, like 45 mins away. I go to the museums all the time.

That's a lens flare. Caused by reflections inside the body of the lens. They aren't always huge and bright.

Wow, I posted links to the whitehouse web cam and an imgur screen cap to all the people on reddit saying this isn't there. All 14 posts were silently deleted, according to reveddit.

Why would they fucking delete a pic of the whitehouse and the whitehouse live stream?

It's the reflection off clouds and pollution you get over any city, particularly one that has three major commercial airports: Dulles International, Reagan National Airport and Baltimore/Washington International Airport, not to mention a huge AFB (Andrews) and various tourist sites that are lighted all night.

The security measures taken near the White House are extreme. Any nearby building that has windows with a White House view are blackened and cannot be opened. It's possible that the "portal" may be an artifact of security. I just asked Siri how many airports were in the DC area and she would not answer.
