I spent almost a week in my room just studying

That's not good, you should be outside every day.

Most people you run across on the streets aren't evil rapists, they're just normal people, and you might even be surprised how many are willing to go out of their way to help a stranger in need.

Yeah I just spend a lot of time studying. I know pretty much most people are nice, but I sometimes panic when I meet people like this. I have no clue why this man randomly walked up to me, asked me what I am doing, and followed me for a bit.

If I needed help, I would have called for help or something.

No, because you would make a very ugly girl.

a) when you was walking home, was you walking like a supermodel walks down a runway?

b) when this fella was chasing you, did he be yanking on a pole stickng out of his pants?

these can be clues as to what was really happening.

I think being ugly protected you.

Being attractive is a double edged sword, but the downsides are very easily mitigated while the upside is enormous. It's such an inversion of logic to feel bad for attracrive people because they attract rapists when their entire life is better than yours.

How is it mitigated?

Pew pew. Acting responsibly. Not keeping bad company. Calling a friend when you feel threatened.

Wear a mask.

Then they will think you are retarded and won't want to make babies with you.

Buy a gun, bitch!

I think that would only cause more trouble if I panic and bring it out

Don't want to be raped? Shoot the man! He deserved it for fucking stalking you and plans to rape you.

You must secretly want to be raped then?

Do you have any reason to think he would rape someone other than being a man walking at night? Because it sounds like you meet that criteria as well.

He followed him.

[–]8thmonitor[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Just that he approached and followed me randomly. I am still somewhat stronger and taller than the average women so maybe that protected me from whatever he wanted.

I have never randomly approached someone, asked them what they are doing, and followed them for a while lol.
