To be fair, I believe this woman is already demented before converting to Islam. As far as I know there's nothing in quran related to 'masturbating over beating kids'. There's a verse to beat own wife(wives) in case they're not obedient tho.

Being crazy is pretty much a prerequisite of converting to Islam. I remember one convert saying she just loved how there were rules for absolutely everything so you never had to stop and think about whether what you were doing was right.
