Grandma arrested for feeding people

Yes, it is actually a crime to feed people(typically the homeless) without authorization from the police.

In Houston downtown, in an area that is frequented by homeless, I saw a big sign stating that it is against the law to feed without authorization.

Why would you work for anything when you can get it for free? Free food means more money to spend on whatever vice that made you homeless (drugs, alcohol, supporting democrats, pokemon cards, overpriced shoes, chicken tendies, apple products, etc...)
