Women do have poor judgement relative to men.

Male participants rated the obese female defendant guiltier than the lean female defendant, whereas female respondents judged the two female defendants equally regardless of weight.

Is this some new meaning of "poor judgement"?

No, its the anti-communist and therefore historical version. Communists find it archaic, not new.
